Helping Butterfly Children

These days a trip To Torrevieja always includes a short detour to visit the "Butterfly Children" Charity shop. It is along the Guardamar road from the CV905, turn at the Hungarian restaurant and its there on your right. Its nice to find a bargain and even better when you're helping such a good cause. I for one had never heard of this devastating illness before this shop opened. Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) is a rare genetic disease characterized by the presence of extremely fragile skin and recurrent blister formation, resulting from minor mechanical friction or trauma.
The good news is they are about to open another shop. The new shop will be in the La Marina area near to the Consum supermarket. I will be going over to support them in this new endeavour next week.
