This might be the first Seagull Doubleneck in 74 ~75. The following is Neal's message about Seagull's history. There were 16 Seagulls at BC Rich when I got
there. They were made in late 1973. Bernie told me he took 4 Seagulls
to the 1974 Winter NAMM held in January at the Disneyland Hotel in
Orange County, California. And below is the Shop's comment. Neal Moser Confirmed that he personally hand
wired and worked on the guitar before it shipped. The Pickups are
Gibson "T" bobbins and are 100% original, Moser used these
pickups before he switched to Guild pickups in late 75'. All solder
joints are untouched, A stunning example of BC Rich's early active
electronics Innovations. I think the headstock repair had done in woodshop
at B.C.Rich before shipping. There are no "crashed" damage
on this guitar. |
