Company History
Vacuum Barrier Corporation was founded in 1958. For over 45 years we have continually provided innovative solutions to the problems associated with handling liquid nitrogen (LN2). When industry required LN2 in large volume for various modern production processes, it was our products and engineering that helped firms meet their requirements practically and efficiently. A continuing commitment to research and development in cryogenic and vacuum technology has made us a pioneering force in the field and given our customers a competitive edge. In short, we have made it profitable for modern industry to automate LN2 use.

Innovations
To remain on the leading edge of advanced technology in the food and beverage industry Vacuum Barrier prides itself on personal attention, innovative ideas and application solutions. Our collaborations with our clients have brought forth-such patented products as SEMIFLEX and COBRAFLEX LN2 piping, NITRODOSE LN2 injection systems and PYROFLEX. Our innovative line of dosing/inerting equipment has allowed for LN2 consumption to be reduced by 80% within the food and beverage industry. Precise dosing from container to container ranges from 40 to 2000 per minute. All our piping systems are bendable, vacuum jacketed and operate frost free.
