Gone 50 years - but never forgotten.
And always in our hearts...

The Man Who Discovered The Beatles

This is the official Website dedicated to celebrating the life and achievements of Beatles manager Brian Epstein, a man whose prescience, taste, vision and passion has left an indelible impact on our planet.

Brian Epstein is the man who discovered the Beatles, and guided them to mega-stardom, making them the most successful musical artists of all time. Without Brian, the Beatles as we came to know them, simply wouldn't have existed.

In 1965, both Paul McCartney and George Harrison, on being awarded their M.B.E.s by the Queen, said "M.B.E. stands for Mr. Brian Epstein."

Brian was, truly, "the fifth Beatle". (Paul McCartney's words, not ours.)

But, regrettably, the man who did so much for the Beatles, and who died tragically in 1967, has become a comparatively forgotten man since his death. Almost a Nowhere Man.

This official website, which was also the first website dedicated to Brian Epstein, was created to honor Epstein and to share all the news and information about the revival of appreciation, and to provide background and context for those who are interested in the man behind the Beatles.

Explore all the pages on this site to learn more about Brian Epstein, and to discover all the news of what's happening to help restore the legacy of this very significant player in the Beatles story!

(Posted April 10, 2014)

28 years after he was first eligible... 15 years after we launched our worldwide campaign to have him inducted... Brian Epstein at long last joins his beloved Beatles in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

We are celebrating by presenting brand-new tributes Brian from those nearest and dearest to him. Click here to read these evocative new salutes to a very special man.

The entire unedited speech by Peter Asher inducting Brian into the Hall of Fame can be heard and read here.

A new tribute to Brian - and a detailed history of the campaign to get Brian inducted - has been written by Martin Lewis who instigated and spearheaded the campaign. It may be read here. There is also a new TV segment about Brian and the struggle to have him honored that can be viewed here.

We're also celebrating by showcasing this beautiful tribute video created by an admirer of Brian that we found on YouTube:

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Petition

(Posted December 17, 2013)

This website has been the command center for the campaign to have Brian Epstein inducted into the non-performers' section of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Since June, 1998, with combined on-line and hardcopy petitions, this site gathered a total of 50,030 signatures!

Now, 15 years after the campaign was launched to have Brian Epstein honored by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, it is finally going to happen! It has been announced that Brian Epstein will receive the 2014 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame "Ahmet Ertegun Award for Lifetime Achievement" (formerly the Non-Performer award).

Brian Epstein's autobiography, A Cellarful of Noise, has finally been republished in America after being out of print for decades.
