Wine Review: This wine opens with a fragrant red cherry and watermelon bouquet with a hint of strawberry. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, refined, smooth and silky. The flavor profile is a chalky minerality and white peach blend with notes of saline and watermelon rind. I also picked up a hint of lime. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. This Rosé would pair well with ceviche. Enjoy - Ken
